160 gr di lenticchie gialle decorticate
200 gr di zucchine sott’olio
200 gr di crostini di pane

PROCEDIMENTO
Cuocere per 10 minuti le lenticchie e farle raffreddare. Tagliare il pane a cubetti e saltarlo in padella con dell’olio.
Unire in una ciotola tutti gli ingredienti ed aggiustare di sale.
