Rinse the lentils and put them in a casserole with celery, carrots, onion and bay leaves and cook for about 30 minutes. Brown the bacon in a pan until it is crispy. Brown the pork fillets with a little of oil and then bake it for 10 minutes at 190 degrees.
Place the lentils on the plate and lay the sliced pork fillet with the crispy bacon. Garnish with a little oil.
